Cleaning Services

  • Cleaning of Communal Areas: The cleaning service encompasses the internal parts of the building and common areas, including lifts, stairwells, communal lobby areas, railings, and communal doors.
  • Communal Window Cleaning: The cleaning of windows in common areas is performed on a rotational basis. For example, some communal windows are cleaned once every six months.
  • Graffiti Removal: Offensive graffiti is promptly removed within 24 hours to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

Gardening Services

  • Garden Maintenance: The gardening service involves regular tasks such as cutting grass and pruning shrubs within communal areas.
  • Tree Management: The service also includes tree management for communal areas, ensuring the upkeep and safety of the trees within the premises.

To ensure transparency and keep you informed about the cleaning service, notice boards are placed in the hallways of your block. These notice boards include a visiting rota, indicating the expected standard of cleaning and the scheduled dates for the cleaner's attendance. The cleaner will sign-off on the notice board to indicate the date they attended to clean the block.
