Your parking permit is essential for ensuring smooth parking arrangements. To keep things hassle-free, it's important to renew your permit when it's about to expire. Permits typically last for either 6 or 12 months, and the expiration date is clearly mentioned on the permit itself.

Remember, your permit does not automatically renew, so it's your responsibility to initiate the renewal process. To renew your permit, you can easily do so through our parking contractor, CPM. They offer convenient options for renewal:

  1. Visit their website: You can renew your permit online by visiting the CPM website at www.uk-cpm.com/permits@uk-cpm.com

  1. Contact them by phone: You can also reach out to CPM for permit renewal by calling their dedicated numbers: 0845 463 5050 or Freephone 0345 463 5050.

When renewing your permit, make sure you have the necessary documents ready. CPM requires a copy of your vehicle registration document, MOT certificate, and insurance certificate to confirm that your vehicle is still registered at the original address. Additionally, you may be asked to provide proof of being an SNG customer.

If you are a leaseholder and have a demised parking bay or have purchased the right to park, your permit may be valid for an unlimited duration as specified in your lease. Your permit will also display the allocated parking bay number, if applicable.

For residents in sheltered housing schemes, please consult your local staff member to inquire about any specific arrangements pertaining to parking.

Changing Your Vehicle: If you've recently changed your vehicle, it's important to inform CPM about the update, especially if your registration number is printed on your permit. Contact CPM at www.uk-cpm.com/permits@uk-cpm.com to update your vehicle information.

Please note that our parking scheme allows only one vehicle per household. Customers are generally not permitted to park more than one car unless special allowances are made for visitors. In such cases, visitor scratch cards/permits will need to be purchased.
