If you are experiencing domestic violence or abuse, we have a safeguarding process to support you. Under this process, we can provide you with information and guidance on appropriate local and national agencies that specialise in assisting individuals affected by domestic abuse. Alternatively, you have the option to self-refer to these agencies for support.

Domestic abuse can impact both men and women and can occur in various settings, including your home or elsewhere. It can involve a current or previous partner, an adult family member, or a younger person. Forms of domestic abuse include:

  • Physical
  • Sexual
  • Psychological
  • Financial, and
  • Emotional abuse.

If you are currently experiencing domestic abuse, it is crucial to report it to the police. In an emergency, please call 999. For non-emergencies, you can contact the police by calling 101. It is also helpful if you inform us that you have reported domestic abuse to the police by chatting with us or sending us an email at customer.services@netwrokhomes.org.uk.

Remember, you do not have to face domestic violence alone. Reach out for help and support from the appropriate organisations to ensure your safety and well-being.
