How to register your account

You'll need to register for an account before you can access the online services.

Step 1:

On the 'Register' page, select 'Tenant' or 'Leaseholder / Shared owner' depending on which one applies to you.

  • Tenants - If you're a tenant, only the main tenant on the tenancy agreement can register for an online account and use the full online services. To register, you will need the email address you've given us, your postcode and your full name. Please note, the online account with SNG is currently not available to tenants in SmartRent properties.
  • Leaseholders and shared owners - If you're a leaseholder or shared owner, you'll need the email address you've given us, your postcode, your full name and your service charge account payment reference which you can find on your statements from us.

Step 2:

Enter your email address and then select the button that says, "send verification code". The verification code is sent to your email to ensure you are the one in control of the email address we have on our system. This also protects your information and data. Once you've verified your email address, you're ready to register your account!

Enter the verification code that you receive.

Step 3:

Create and enter a password, enter your first name, surname, and postal code. If you are a leaseholder or shared owner, you will also need to enter your service charge account payment reference number.

Step 4:

Once you’ve entered in all of your details, select the 'Create' button. This will register your account and you will now have access to the online services.
