In the conditions below, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ refers to the Network Homes Ltd, and ‘our portal’ or ‘the portal’ refers to the Network Homes Ltd portal and subsites.

Network Homes Ltd makes every effort to make sure this portal contains content that is correct, complete and up-to-date.

We make every effort to make sure our systems and portal are free from viruses. However, please make sure your computer is running properly and uses up-to-date anti-virus software. 

We do not accept responsibility for any issues you experience on your computer or other devices as a result of using our portal or from downloading software to improve your experience of our portal. 

5. COMPETITION TERMS 

We may run competitions or promotions on our portal. These will have additional terms and conditions. 

6. PARENTAL/GUIDANCE RESPONSIBILITY

Network Homes Ltd is not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. You may copy, download and print content from the portal for personal use, but you must not use our portal in any other way unless we have indicated that you may do so. 

You must not change any print or digital copies of materials you have printed off or downloaded, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics without using text. 

You must not use content from our portal to market properties on any other websites without getting consent from us, whether or not you have been instructed to do so by the property’s owner or anyone else. 

You must not use our content in any way which may imply that we have allowed you to do so, or which may imply that you are our agent or represent us in any way, unless you have our written consent.

If we do end your rights to use our content, you must immediately delete any of our content from your systems, arrange for content to be deleted from any other third party websites where you have uploaded content, and destroy any print copies of our content.

We aim to make our portal available 24 hours a day, but we will not be held responsible if the portal is unavailable or experiencing issues for any period of time. Where it is within our control, e.g. when carrying out essential maintenance to improve our portal, we will try to make sure that any disruption to our online services is minimal and we will give advance notice where possible.

We have the right to take appropriate action against anyone who breaks the above code of conduct. 

10. CLAIMS AND ACTIONS AGAINST OTHER USERS 

We are not responsible for how a third party individual or company may use the content on our portal. If you want to make a complaint or claim against anyone else who uses our portal, you must do this on our own and independently of Network Homes Ltd.  

We are not responsible for any loss or damage experience by a user as a result of: 

  • Using our portal; or 

  • Using or relying on content contained on our portal. 

For business users, we will not be responsible for: 

  • loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; 

  • business interruption; 

  • loss of anticipated savings; 

  • loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
