If you lose a fob you will have to pay to replace it. You can do this by contacting our Customer Service Team on 0300 373 3000. Our customer service advisors will let you know the cost of a new fob and who issues them. Depending on where you live, they may be issued by one of our managing agents or one of the third party companies we use. The majority of the building fobs are £15 each and the remote access car park fobs are £50.
If your fob has been stolen then you should report it to the police who will issue you with a CAD number. Once you receive this number, let us know by contacting our Customer Services Team on 0300 373 3000. We will then send you a new fob, free of charge.
