Our estate officers and neighbourhood officers regularly visit our schemes to check if anything needs fixing. How often we visit is different from scheme to scheme depending on their size and the type of services that are on the estate.
We also hold our six monthly estate inspections with residents, our cleaning contractors and local councillors. It's your opportunity to suggest areas for improvement on your estate. The estate inspection is led by a neighbourhood officer or an estates officer. As part of the inspection, you'll be involved in checking the condition of your estate, buildings and communal areas, and reporting any maintenance repairs required to us.

All residents are welcome to take part and no booking is required. All you have to do is turn up at the meeting point location on the day and at the time listed on the schedule.
