We hold estate inspections every month for SW9 managed properties and every six months for all other properties and we invite you to take part. These inspections involve residents, our cleaning contractors, and local councillors. It's a fantastic chance for you to suggest ways to enhance your estate.
A neighbourhood or estates officer oversees the inspection. As a participant, you'll help assess the state of your estate, buildings, and communal areas. You'll also inform us of any maintenance repairs that are necessary. This is a practical way to contribute to the maintenance of your living environment.
