If you wish to change the locks on your home, it is your responsibility to make arrangements with a locksmith. You will need to engage the services of a professional locksmith to carry out the lock changes.
In case you have lost your key and are locked out of your home, it is also your responsibility to contact a locksmith. You will be required to cover the cost of the locksmith's call-out charge to assist you in gaining access to your home.
Please note that SNG will only agree to change the locks on your home in exceptional circumstances. These circumstances arise when there is clear evidence of a crime having taken place, and we have received a report reference from the police validating the situation.
