You can contact us by phone between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday by calling 0300 373 3000. You can also text us on 07532 439 439 and your text will be actioned within 48 hours, Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm. Outside of these hours, if you’re a resident and you have an emergency repair you can call our out of hours repairs service directly on 020 3701 3589.

You can make an appointment to meet with us at any of our offices between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We have offices in:

  • Northwick Park - Curie Court, Nightingale Avenue, Harrow, HA1 3GX.
