At our sheltered housing schemes, we prioritise providing comprehensive support and ensuring your wellbeing. During normal office hours, you can expect to have a dedicated staff member on site or on call, ready to offer an intensive housing management service. These compassionate professionals oversee various aspects, including building management, cleaning, ground maintenance, and addressing any questions or concerns you may have. They also play a vital role in supporting the community by organising events and activities that bring residents together.

Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. In addition to the staff presence, we offer a wellbeing call service to check on your welfare. If necessary, we will promptly contact relevant statutory services on your behalf. We understand that each individual's needs are unique, and our staff members are committed to working with you to identify and connect you with voluntary and statutory services that can offer additional support tailored to your requirements.

In the rare event that a staff member is not present on site during an emergency situation, rest assured that our emergency alarm facility is linked to a local control center. This ensures that appropriate action is taken swiftly. The control center will promptly respond by contacting your designated local key holder or the emergency services, depending on the situation at hand. Your safety is our priority, and we have measures in place to ensure a rapid response, no matter the circumstances.

At our sheltered housing schemes, you can trust that we have a dedicated team and reliable emergency procedures in place to provide the support you need, when you need it most. We are committed to your wellbeing and ensuring that you feel safe and secure in your home
