They look after the building, carry out health and safety checks, supervise the cleaning and grounds upkeep, and they're your go-to person for any questions or worries about your accommodation. They also organise customers' meetings every three months.

In addition, they offer a wellbeing check-in call to customers up to twice a week, ensuring everyone is doing well. If there's ever an emergency, they're ready to get in touch with the necessary statutory services.
