If you need to report a repair through your My Network Homes account, follow these simple steps:

  • Sign in to your My Network Homes account using your login details.
  • Once signed in, you can access the repairs area in two ways:
    • From the menu, navigate to the repairs section.
    • Click on the repair’s icon on the home page.
  • In the repairs section, you will find the option to request a repair. Select this option.
  • Follow the instructions provided to complete the repair request.

When reporting a repair, you'll have the option to choose from a wide range of available appointments. This allows you to select a convenient time slot for the repair.

Repairs that require a Specialist

  • Heating & Hot Water
  • Drainage
  • Fire
  • Paths & Paving
  • Staircase & Steps
  • Roofs, Gutters & Downpipes

For repairs that require a specialist, a dedicated contractor will get in touch with you to arrange an appointment. Simply indicate whether you prefer a morning or afternoon appointment, and they will try their best to accommodate your preference.
