When reporting a non-emergency repair, it's crucial to provide us with as much information as possible about the issue. By including as much detail as possible during the reporting process, you increase the chances of us being able to book your repair without needing any additional information from you.

If you've raised a repair and we do not require further information about it, we will not need to contact you as one as it will go directly to one of our contractors. They will reach out to you to confirm an appointment date that suits your schedule. This way, you can rest assured that your repair is being taken care of while avoiding unnecessary delays.
