When reporting these issues, providing us with sufficient information about the repair during the reporting process is essential. By giving us as much detail as possible, we can assess the situation and determine if we can book the repair for you without requiring any further information. Once we have the necessary information, one of our skilled contractors will contact you. Their primary purpose is to confirm an appointment date that works best for you. This confirmation step ensures that the repair is scheduled promptly, with minimal delay.
