We understand that getting your repair fixed in a timely manner is important to you. The time it take to complete a repair depends on the type of repair required. Your repair will come under one of the following categories:

  • Emergency repairs: Emergency repairs are situations where there is a risk to health or safety, a compromised home security, or structural damage to your property. Our priority is to address these issues promptly. We aim to make the situation safe within four hours, guaranteeing same-day attendance. If the repair cannot be fully resolved immediately, our contractors will carry out a temporary repair to ensure safety.
  • Routine repairs: Routine repairs refer to those that are unlikely to pose significant health and safety risks or cause severe damage if not immediately addressed. Examples include tap repairs, gutter fixes, and door or window repairs. In most cases, we can offer you an appointment at the time of reporting the repair, based on mutual convenience. Our goal is to attend to routine repairs within two weeks of your report. If the repair is urgent but doesn't pose an immediate risk to health, safety, or the building's structure, we will work with the contractors to attend to the repair as soon as possible.
  • Planned repair works: Planned repair works involve larger-scale repairs that require more time for coordination. These may involve specialist contractors, surveys, or extensive investigation. Examples include path repairs, flat roof maintenance, installation of plastic windows, and significant water supply or drainage problems. While we provide you with an estimated completion date, our aim is to finish planned repairs within 90 days.

We aim to prioritise repairs based on their urgency and impact on your well-being. Our dedicated team and network of contractors work diligently to ensure your repairs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
