You can only recall repair issues that have been fixed within the past 12 months. These repairs have to be available in 'Your Repairs' and you can ensure it is the right repair by confirming the Case Number.

Some repairs are not eligible to be recalled via MyNetworkHomes. Therefore, if you locate the Case Number of a previously repaired issue and there is no option to recall the repair, please call our Customer Service Centre on 0300 373 3000.
