How do I report a recall repair on My Network Homes?

Recall repairs are repairs we need to ask our contractors to return and fix the same fault again. Most repairs are covered under a 12 month warranty.

To raise a recall repair, navigate to request a repair and follow the instructions. Alternatively, locate the repair from your repairs history and use the options button to find the recall repair option.
